Christian Chaplains & Coaching, Inc. - The Chaplains Academy ("CCC") owns and retains all rights, title, and interest in its proprietary educational programs, including but not limited to:

• Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) curriculum
• Supervisory Chaplain Certification (SCC) curriculum
• Chaplain Certification programs
• Biblical Counseling programs
• Christian Life Coach programs
• Course syllabi, learning objectives, assessments, rubrics, and educational resources
• Online learning content, videos, presentations, graphics, and publications
• Ordination and Membership

These materials are protected by United States copyright law and applicable international intellectual property laws.

Limited License

Enrollment in a CCC course grants students a limited, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for their personal educational purposes only.

Students, instructors, organizations, and third parties may not:

Copy or redistribute course materials.

Upload materials to public websites or file-sharing services.

Sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit course content.

Create derivative educational programs based substantially upon CCC materials.

Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings.
